Ordering diesel parts or accessories? Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, core charges, and warranties at Diesel Dynamics in Joshua, TX.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed the same day they are received. However, please allow for delays due to:
- Backorders
- Build-to-order parts
- Special handling requirements
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders placed after 3PM CST Friday or over the weekend may ship the following business day.
Shipping Options Available
We offer:
- Standard Ground
- 3-Day Select
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air
Note: Expedited shipping options are available but must be confirmed by phone.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. However:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
- Canadian shipments via UPS may include brokerage fees
- USPS to Canada typically takes 7–15 days
- Billing & shipping addresses must match for all international orders
What is a Core Charge?
Some parts (like injectors or turbos) require you to return the old part. This is called a core charge, essentially a deposit.
✅ You’ll receive a refund once we receive and inspect the returned core part.
How Are Returns Handled?
Step 1: Contact us at (817) 558-3673 to request a Diesel Dynamics Return (DDR) form
Step 2: Return product in original packaging, undamaged, with all paperwork
Step 3: Once inspected and approved, credit will be issued
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for return shipping fees
- Poorly packaged or damaged returns may be denied
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
🚫 No returns on:
- Special orders
- Painted or custom items
- Discontinued parts
- Drop-ship only products
- Opened electronics
Restocking Fee: A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. More if the item is damaged or missing components.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Street Legal Parts
- Covered for manufacturer defects
- Eligible for replacement, refund, or credit
Race-Use Parts
- Limited coverage
- Replacement only for manufacturing defects
All warranty claims must include a completed DDR form with full problem description.
Labor costs are not covered under any warranty.
Some manufacturers may require you to handle warranty claims directly through them. We’ll help guide you through that process if needed.
