Repair Authorisation

I hereby authorize the repair work described in my service estimate to be completed, including the use of all necessary parts and materials. I also grant Diesel Dynamics permission to operate my vehicle for diagnostic and repair purposes.

An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure payment for all work performed.

Warranty Terms

Diesel Dynamics provides a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on both parts and labor related to the original repair.

✅ All warranty work must be performed at Diesel Dynamics’ facility
🚫 Warranty coverage cannot exceed the original cost of the repair

Warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

• Aftermarket modifications or programmers are installed
  
  
• Parts repaired or replaced are later altered in any way
  
  
• Repairs or replaced parts are later serviced by another company or individual
  
  
• Required maintenance is neglected (proof of maintenance required)
  
  
• Vehicle or parts show signs of abuse, including:
  
  
  • Improper driving
    
    
  • Improper towing/hauling
    
    
  • Using the vehicle beyond its intended purpose

Diesel Dynamics is not responsible for the loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property left inside vehicles due to fire, theft, weather, or any other cause beyond our control.

Payment Terms & Storage Fees

• All invoices must be paid within 7 calendar days of repair completion and customer notification
  
  
• A $10/day storage fee will begin on day 8 after completion if payment is not received
  
  
• Once paid in full, the vehicle may remain onsite for up to 7 additional calendar days
  
  
• After this period, a $10/day storage fee will again apply starting on day 8 post-payment
  
  

Vehicle Assessment Notice

All vehicles are assessed and documented with photographs and/or video upon arrival and again before any repairs begin. This documentation ensures transparency and protection for both parties.
